Founded in 1989, Malavazi Vedações Industriais Ltda. is a 100% Brazilian company specializing in the manufacture of mechanical seals and auxiliary equipment for industrial sealing systems.

With a well-established presence across multiple industrial segments, we serve applications in the chemical, petrochemical, food, mining, automotive, agroindustrial, and sugar and ethanol sectors, providing technical solutions for rotating equipment such as pumps, agitators, reactors, mixers, and mills.

Our portfolio encompasses the development and manufacture of mechanical seals, as well as auxiliary equipment associated with industrial sealing systems, including heat exchangers, thermosiphons, expansion chambers, and oil replenishment cups. We also manufacture BoxSeal bearing protectors, with models protected by Petrobras patents and produced under exclusive license.

We rely on a specialized technical team dedicated to the support, maintenance, and monitoring of industrial sealing systems, working with small, medium, and large-scale equipment. This expertise contributes to greater operational predictability, process safety, and consistent performance in field applications.

In recent years, we have expanded investments in technological development, with emphasis on innovations such as the Bearing-Supported Mechanical Seal (BoxSeal), applied in Progressive Cavity Pumps (PCP), protected by patents and recognized by the market for its technical merit.

 

We were the first Brazilian manufacturer in the mechanical seals segment to be certified by Germanischer Lloyd Certification (GLC), in compliance with the ISO 9001 standard. We were also the first national company approved to supply mechanical seals in accordance with API standards, reinforcing our commitment to quality, innovation, and technical consistency.

Our industrial facility, located in Valinhos, São Paulo, Brazil, houses an advanced testing laboratory equipped for simulations on multiple test rigs, real-time data acquisition, and validation under different pressure and temperature conditions.
